    • At the end of the title bar you will find the link to contextual help, as well as the link to add a new task.
    • The title bar will also display your total number of attachments for this project with the total size of all file attachments in this project.
  • The File Attachment tab displays all files attachments for this project with a summary of information about them.
    • Above the table is a filter drop-down list and text search box. You can choose to filter your files with keywords and/or the user who uploaded the file.

    • Click on the floppy disk icon () to download and save the file to your computer.
    • You can sort the table by clicking on any column header: click once to sort in ascending order and twice to sort in descending order.
    • Click on an attachment's task summary to open the task to which it is associated.
      • If there is a file icon next to the task summary (), this means there are file(s) attached to the task. Click on the file number to open the task's file attachment tab.
      • Files can be locked by a user so no one else can upload it and overwrite its contents. However, you can still download it and open it on your computer. Locked files have a red padlock icon () in the State column; unlocked files have a green padlock (). To change the file's state, open its task and click on the padlock icon in the Action column.
