Contextual Help - Gantt Charts - Printer Version

The Gantt Charts - Printer Version page allows you to print your Gantt Charts in a printer-friendly format. Seeing that Gantt Charts may be very wide, the printer version will allow the printing to be extended on several pages, if necessary. You must use this feature to print Gantt Charts correctly; otherwise, some elements will be missing.

This window has 2 parts: The filter section and the Gantt Chart section divided in several pieces, which are mainly the tasks/projects list and the progress bars.

  • The Filter section lets you decide how many tasks, projects, weeks or months you wish to display on each page, using drop-down filters. Default values are 25 projects/tasks and 9 weeks/months per page. Select the values, depending on your paper size, and click "Apply". To print the Gantt chart, select the "Print" option in your browser.
  • The Gantt Chart section displays the Gantt Chart you generated with the filters and sort you applied in the previous page. The Gantt Chart is cut in several pieces in order to fit on most paper formats.
    • The first block below the filters can contain either of the following:
      • The tasks list includes task numbers, summaries and users assigned to each task.
      • The project list includes project numbers, names, total tasks and total hours.
    • You may have several progress bar pieces depending on the length in months/weeks.
