The My Weekly Time Sheets window displays all your
weekly time sheets for all projects, regardless of approval
status.
This window has 4 parts: the title bar, the navigation tab, the search bar and the time sheet table.
- The
title bar tells you where you are in AceProject.
The title bar will also display your total number of time sheets. At the end of the title bar you will find the link to contextual help, as well as the link to add a new week.
- The Navigation Tabs help you
toggle between the weekly time sheets and the time report
form.
- The My Weekly Time Sheets
tab shows all your time
sheets.
- The My Time Report tab is
a form to produce a report based on your time sheets.
- The
My IN/OUT
tab
displays the information
about your time counter.
-
The search
bar lets you select which
time sheets
to display, much like a
filter. Simply choose the
approval status, then click
Apply Filter.
- The
time sheet table shows a summary for all your time sheets, including whether it is approved or not, the hours entered and comments.
- Click on the
Week column header to sort your weeks, once to sort weeks in chronological order, twice to display your weeks in reverse chronological order.
- Time sheets can be In progress, Submitted, Approved or
Rejected:
- In Progress means you have not submitted it for
approval.
- Submitted means your time sheet has not been
approved or rejected, it is waiting to be processed.
- Approved means your
time has been accepted.
- Rejected means your hours were not
accepted.
- A time sheet with several global statuses means that not all your time sheet items are of the same approval status. For example,
Submitted-Approved means that some items on your time sheet were approved, while others are still waiting for approval.
- Click on any week to see your time sheet details.
